Overall even though the food might be good… the attitude of the staff and how they talk to their customers is terrible. When I went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manger I was told that the manager was not available and won’t be available for another few hours. I still fail to understand how they count an infant in their head count. Upon requesting explanation a server came to my table and started speaking very loudly trying to embarrass us and trying to justify what they charged is how it should be. But we were just 4 adults and were automatically charged a gratuity. So I had no issues if we were a party of 6 or more. Below in small letters it’s clearly mentioned on their menu that for a party of 6 adults and more a 18% of gratuity would be added directly to the bill. Towards the end when we requested the bill I was charged a gratuity of more than 20% and was told that even though they didn’t charge me for the toddler but the gratuity had to be paid for a table of 5 ( I never had any problems with paying a tip but I felt cheated for adding the gratuity directly to the bill when it’s only allowed for a table of 6 or more). You could make out they were passing comments behind our back. Apart from 2 servers/helpers who were not very helpful or nice. The food was okay and there was no problem with the service as such. It was just 4 adults and 1 child under the age of 2.
